Upon leaving Sos del Rey Católico, continue through the rocky terrain of the region to the tiny town of Prejano. Here you’ll find La Posada del Laurel, a restaurant considered a gastronomic treasure by those who’ve frequented it. While you’re in the area, why not take a drive through the region’s many sites of prehistoric significance along what is known as the Dinosaur Route, featuring a great number of dinosaur footprints dating back to the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.
